We create a game plan for what they'll be doing throughout the week. Then, the following week during out meeting, we will check if they completed those tasks.
One day a week, there will be an open phone call that the managers can attend to discuss what's bothering them. Then, once a month, they will have another phone call that gives them a chance for a management deep dive.
If they have a big problem or challenge on their plate, once a month, they will have the opportunity to bring that challenge in front of the group so we can all help brainstorm a solution.
When your manager is in the hot seat, we will find something that they need to do better or invest more time into.
Every week, your managers will learn new management strategies that will help them excel in your company.
During the first few months of this group, we will help your managers figure out what they care about so they can set goals that are important to them.
Through the hard times, your managers may lose focus on why they’re working for you in the first place and why they should persist through the struggle. When this happens, there’s a good chance that your goals are misaligned with theirs.
